The AIIM Community is following the recent evolution of Enterprise Content Management to “Content Services” to Intelligent Information Management with great interest. After all, hundreds of thousands of people around the world manage content for their organization. Take a look outside the world of content and you'll see many three letter acronyms losing relevance, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management), and CCM (Customer Communications Management), to name a few. Simply put, the rise of the digital business is blurring the lines between previous well delineated categories, because Digital Transformation creates new connections between people, technology, and ecosystems.
The shift from ECM to "Content Services" as Gartner and Forrester announced in 2017 was a tipping point, driven by growing customer demand for easily consumable services to connect content to digital business initiatives. What's next in 2018 with IIM is the growth of platforms to accelerate digital reinvention. This webinar will present the case for a new digital business automation platform that combines Content Management, Workflow, Business Rules, Robotic Process Automation, and Artificial Intelligence into cloud-based, low-code tools for rapid application design and deployment. Forrester analyst Rob Koplowitz will present the business drivers behind this new platform approach, along with client examples from major business and government agencies who are proving the value.
This webinar is approved for 1.0 hour of CIP Maintenance Credits.
