Association for Intelligent Information Management Elects New Officers and At-Large Directors
New leadership will help expand AIIM’s focus on information management technology and AI
Silver Spring, Maryland, USA – December 5, 2024 - The Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM), the world's leading association dedicated to the information management industry, has elected three new at-large directors and appointed new officers to its board of directors.

Beginning on January 1, 2025, the new directors will serve three-year terms, while officers will serve a one-year team. They join a passionate, engaged board dedicated to serving the AIIM members and the information management community. As the association's primary stewards, the AIIM Board of Directors advances the organization's vision and purpose; develops and supports AIIM's strategy; and ensures the legal, ethical, and effective use of AIIM's resources.

"Susan Gleason brings critical insights into data privacy legislation and governance frameworks that will help shape our response to emerging regulations. Pieter Lokker's extensive experience in information management program maturity and systems implementation will strengthen our strategic initiatives. Tom Rieger's deep expertise in AI, capture technologies, and content management will be instrumental as we help our members leverage these transformative technologies."
