"Karen served on the selection committee for Tori, our new CEO, and guided AIIM through a period of great transformation, first as an officer and then as Chair. Her steady leadership during this critical time has been invaluable. The contributions of all our outgoing board members to this association and industry are immeasurable, and they have positioned us perfectly for the work ahead."  Under the new board's leadership, AIIM is embracing an ambitious vision for the future of the profession.
