AIIM Announces Baltimore as Host City for AI+IM Global Summit 2026
Three-day event at Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor to bring together global community of information leaders
Silver Spring, Maryland and Washington, DC, USA – August 7, 2025 – The Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM) today announced that the AI+IM Global Summit 2026 will take place April 28-30, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. The premier event for information leaders will gather practitioners, experts, and solution providers from around the world to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and information management and how technology can advance unstructured and semi-structured data management.
The summit will feature a world-class educational program designed to address the most pressing challenges facing the information management community while exploring emerging opportunities in AI integration. The three-day event will include:

The program will focus on six priority areas identified through extensive community research: AI & Information Management Integration; Process Automation & Workflow Transformation; Information Security & Governance in the AI Era; Document Management Strategy & Implementation; Data Quality & Information Architecture; and Change Management & Adoption Strategies.
AIIM prioritizes end user-led sessions, emphasizing real-world insights from practitioners who have implemented solutions in their organizations. The summit aims to provide practical, actionable solutions rather than traditional product demonstrations.
Baltimore's selection as the host city reflects AIIM's commitment to offering accessible, affordable education and training for its global community. "We are also just a short drive from Baltimore Washington International Airport, making Baltimore and the Hyatt Regency affordable and accessible for our community," said Tori Miller Liu, CIP, AIIM President and CEO. "Since we serve members in 67 countries around the world, that's incredibly important to us."
The Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor provides the ideal setting for the summit's collaborative approach, offering the full range of the hotel's meeting and collaboration spaces to facilitate meaningful peer connections. The hotel's expansive atrium will serve as a central networking and collaboration space adjacent to the general sessions room, while many rooms feature scenic harbor views.

Speaker proposals for the summit are currently being accepted through September 26, 2025. The organization welcomes submissions from practitioners, consultants, analysts, solution providers, and industry experts, with priority given to sessions that include end user perspectives and practical implementation experiences.
