For over ten years now, [AIIM's Leadership Council (LC) summit series](https://www.aiim.org/Membership-Section/LC) has been the go-to event where the forward-thinking professionals in information management gather to delve into matters impacting the future of the industry.

These member-only events offer a collaborative space for the dynamic conversations that help shape the role of the information management industry in a new era of business. In June of 2018, summit meetings were held in Baltimore and London to discuss [*Surviving Digital Disruption: Finding Opportunity in the Drive for Platform Dominance*](https://info.aiim.org/surviving-digital-disruption).

In addition, our AIIM on Air Podcast host, Kevin Craine took a behind the scenes look at the LC Summit Series in his interviews with members [Rafael Moscatel](https://www.linkedin.com/in/rafaelmoscatel/) and [Claudio Chaves](https://www.linkedin.com/in/crmcjr/).

Rafael is the Head of Information Governance at Farmer's Insurance and spoke at the summit. Claudio is the CTO at iCapt, Inc. and a new member of the LC. Check out this episode to hear more about the summit, the council, and their experiences.
