Over the past several years, I've had the pleasure of interviewing hundreds of guests for AIIM On Air. It never fails to impress me that the level of knowledge and leadership among AIIM members and supporters is the best in the business. Each month we cover a variety of topics – from the latest in automation and innovation, to pressing and emerging challenges and opportunities that tell the story of the current state of IIM today.
So it is my pleasure to bring to you this special Best Of 2020 episode where we hear excerpts from many of the interviews we've done over the past 12 months - a sampling of the great guests featured on the show this year.
Start by listening to Dr. Michelle Rosen, AIIM20 keynote speaker, discuss the challenges of effectively managing change, a top challenge for many AIIM members today. We have several AIIM Leadership Council members join us, including Jason Cassidy from Shinydocs, as does Wasim Kahn, Chief Digital Officer at Ripcord, along with Greg Council from Parascript, and Bob Fresneda from TCG Process.
Samara Carter joined us this year as part of our AIIM Member Spotlight series. Samara is University Records Officer at George Mason University, and you'll hear her say that information chaos is an ongoing challenge for her team, but working to build a more tightly integrated partnership between records management and IT has been one way she is finding success in overcoming the chaos.
And finally, Mike Steep joins us. Mike is a titan of technology and is currently the Founder and Executive Director at the Disruptive Technology and Digital Cities Program at Stanford. We discuss his best-selling book, "The First Light of Day." Mike was our most popular interview in 2020.
It's been a challenging year, but a good one for AIIM On Air. Check out the interview archive and all the great interviews on the show. And stay tuned in 2021 when we continue to talk with thought leaders, technologists, and visionaries about intelligent information management strategies, tactics, and technologies that make a difference on your journey to digital transformation and process improvement.
Tune in for more. And don’t forget to subscribe to AIIM On Air, that way you’ll never miss an episode.
