[Podcast] Overcoming the Biggest Barriers to Going Paperless

Paperless Office  |  AIIM on Air

The dream of going paperless has been on the minds of businesses of all sizes and industries for years. The idea is simple - minimize the use of paper to reduce costs and carbon footprint while at the same time increasing operating efficiencies and profitability. But just because a concept is simple doesn’t mean it’s easy to implement. And so for many, the dream of a paperless office continues to be just that…a dream.

But, how can these struggling businesses turn their dreams into reality? Your podcast host Kevin Craine caught up with “The InfoGov Guy” Steve Weissman from the Holly Group. Steve is highly regarded in the industry for his analysis and training. Over his 20 years working with companies to help them with their strategic planning, needs assessment, vendor selection, and user adoption, Steve's seen it all. So Kevin took the opportunity to ask Steve about what he sees as the biggest remaining barriers to going paperless.

Also on this episode, Kevin interviews Walter Koch, CEO of ImageWare, about the aspects of Intelligent Information Management (IIM). You’ll hear Walter discuss the biggest challenges and opportunities in IIM, as well as his best recommendations to boost business effectiveness.

Hear it all on this episode of AIIM on Air.
