He spearheads best practices and innovative productivity initiatives across a number of domains. Jean-Paul brings a pragmatic and collaborative approach to digital transformation. He has deep expertise in SharePoint architecture, compliance metrics, and intelligent automation. He has been working in the Shell IM world since 2007 with a variety of roles as e.g. IM Advisor, IM Manager and Product Manager.
